Bassist specialized in Brazilian music, he came to Barcelona to complete his jazz studies with teachers such as Gary Willis and Horacio Fumero. In Brazil he has been working and recording mainly with the group Marambaia (choro) and 3x4 (bossa-nova and jazz) and with the composer Antonio Cesar (samba and regional music). He has recorded and produced the first album of the group Corindó (forró), with whom he has given concerts throughout the country. He has been a teacher in the social project Tocando em Frente, of musical education for young people on the outskirts of Brasília.

Since 2005 in Barcelona, ​​he has collaborated in concerts and recordings with Paulinho Lêmos, Antonio Restucci, Aníbal Martinez, Piero Cozzi and Hamilton Faria. Since 2006, with the clarinetist Luiz Espiga, he has directed the group Choro Itinerante, chosen by the Proyecto Diversons of La Caixa and coordinates the Choro jams of Barcelona. Since 2006 he has also performed at the most important venues in Catalonia along with Roc Calvet, Jaume Vilaseca, Alvar Monfort and Ramiro Pinheiro in different bands, such as the renowned Gafieira Miuda and Alma Brasileira.
