Born in a small town north of Barcelona, Simon began pursuing music at an early age after experiencing his first live concert. His musical journey later took him to Barcelona, Amsterdam, and New York City, where he further developed his artistic voice. His work is deeply rooted in the jazz tradition and the repertoire of the Great American Songbook.

He has performed with esteemed musicians including Dee Dee Bridgewater, Harry Allen, Steve Cardenas, Philip Harper, Dwayne Clemons, Peter Beets, Simon Rigter, Gideon Tazelaar, Ian Cleaver, and Ignasi Terraza, among many others.
