Rare recordings by well-know Cuban singer Vicentico Valdés during his stay in México in 1947. In 1949, he went to New York with at the request of Tito Puente, to continue his brilliant career. He recorded with many orchestras; among them where those of Noro Morales, Sonora Matancera, René Hernández, Joe Caín and finally with the salsa-player Bobby Valentín.
