Round Trip Trio
The Round Trip Trio are composed by three outstanding musicians:
Bruno Angellini, Mauro Gargano and Julien Augier
Bruno Angellini is an extremely deep and introspective pianist and composer originally from Marseille, France. He has strong musical intuition and his accompaniment skills are impeccable. He really knows how to color the sound and space in a tune. His playing covers much emotional ground in such a short amount of time.
Mauro Gargano is a fantastic bassist currently residing in Paris but originally from Bari, Italy. He’s such a lyrical composer and that aspect of his musicianship is very clear in his playing with the trio.
Drummer Julien Augier hails from Coulommiers, France. An student of the Berklee College of Music. As a drummer and artist he’s one of France’s national treasures on the creative music scene and his playing on record is a true testament to that notion.
