About Joan Vinyals:
He played in La Orquesta Encantada before founding the brazilian and jazz quintet Take Five with Carme Canela, David Xirgu, Ramón García and Xavier Llandrich. He was part of Box Office, Fuego!, Giannotti-Vinyals, Menos es Mas (-‘s+), Estamos Reunidas and Guitarras Mestizas.
He played also with Companyia Elčctrica Dharma, Laura Simó, Gato Pérez (recording the album Gato X Gato), Bocanegra, Arsenik, Kanabis (reggae), Atlanta (funky) and Zé Eduardo Unit.
He has collaborated with: Gato Pérez, Pau Riba, The Driffters, Caramba (salsa), y acompańando a músicos como Louisina Red, Johhny Mars, Freddy “Fingers” Lee, Carme Canela, Big Mama, Dani Nel.lo, Ramoncin, Luz Casal, Mercedes Ferrer, Los Rebeldes, Los Mustang, Los Sirex, Pablo Carbonell, Yoko Ono....
