Swit Records presents "Live at The Living Room Bangkok" recorded on the occasion of the 2010 Asian tour, with Ignasi Terraza at the piano together with the bass player Pierre Boussaguet and Esteve Pi on the drums.

Ignasi Terraza is currently one of the top rated jazz musicians in Spain with a growing international reputation that testifies his winning the award The Great American Jazz Piano Competition 2009 in Jacksonville (USA), considered one of the most prestigious prizes of its kind, and the recent vinyl reissue of his latest work that the label Disk Union has published exclusively for the Japanese market.

The Great American Jazz Piano Competition distinguished in past editions pianists like Marcus Roberts, Kenny Drew Jr. and Lynne Arriale. In the twenty-fifth edition the Jury unanimously awarded the prize to Ignasi Terraza, the second pianist in the European Union to achieve this award.

With a long career as a jazz musician for nearly thirty years and over twenty titles published with different backgrounds, Ignasi Terraza has worked extensively with internationally renowned musicians. Among them remarkable names like Frank Wess, Jesse Davis, Bobby Durham, Benny Golson, Jeff Hamilton, etc...

Since 1998 Ignasi Terraza performs regularly with his Trio, a combination which he and his audience appreciate most. The four albums released in trio so far, Let me tell you something (1998), Jazz a les fosques (1999), Its coming (2003) and In a sentimental groove (2005) show their creative development with warmth and a unique style, full of strength and expression.

The bassist Pierre Boussaguet combines a strong classical training with jazz style with an excellent taste and impeccable technique. On drums, one of the young talents in Spain, Esteve Pi, who in a few years has accumulated a long list of international participations.
