Review:
"This interesting but out of print Vee Jay LP is headed by bassist Paul Chambers and features four all-stars as sidemen: altoist Cannonball Adderley, pianist Wynton Kelly, drummer Jimmy Cobb, and (on four of the six numbers) the young trumpeter Freddie Hubbard who was at the beginning of his career. Other than Hubbard, all of the musicians were currently members of the Miles Davis Sextet, but the fiery and sometimes funky music sounds much more extroverted than much of Davis' output at the time. Cannonball and Kelly are the solo stars on three standards and a trio of Chambers originals while Hubbard sounds promising."
