Bandoneón

This album tells a story, the story of the bandoneón. All fiction is autobiographical, and our story is no exception. The other main topic of this novel is that of emigration or immigration, it is not sure which of these two terms is suitable...we are at times immigrants and at others emigrants, depending on the state our spirit. What is sure is that the bandoneón arrived in Argentina like any other immigrant, and it was that immigration at the beginning of the 20th Century that created tango and its culture. We come from immigrant families ourselves, and more than that, maintain the "tradition", if you can call it that, and tango.
